In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jd888," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to the jd888 online gaming platform accessible at jd888.club, its operators, and affiliated entities operating under applicable Philippine law.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jd888 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered personal account created by a Player on the jd888 platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player into their jd888 wallet that are available for gameplay and withdrawal, separate from any bonus balance.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free bet credits, or non-cashable funds credited to a Player's account as part of a jd888 promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jd888 and applicable regulations before withdrawal of funds or as otherwise required.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing jd888's licensed operations in the Philippines.
• "Services" means all games, betting products, account management tools, payment services, and customer support provided by jd888 through the platform.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing jd888 from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or where jd888 does not hold the applicable license.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or contractor of jd888, or an immediate family member of any such person, when participating in real-money play.
• You must not have been previously excluded from jd888 or have an active self-exclusion in effect at the time of registration or gameplay.
• You must register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

jd888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of Account access and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

To access real-money Services on jd888, you must create a registered Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid contact email address and mobile number.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jd888 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• You must notify jd888 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account at any time.
• Each Player may maintain only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts discovered by jd888 may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.
• jd888 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any Account at its absolute discretion, including for compliance with applicable law or regulatory requirements.

jd888 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests or at any time jd888 determines verification is appropriate. The KYC process requires submission of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, or Driver's License).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document bearing your current Philippine address, issued within the last 90 days).
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of GCash account showing registered name and mobile number, or equivalent documentation for other payment methods).
• Any additional documentation required by jd888's compliance team to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.

jd888 will process submitted KYC documents within three (3) business days in ordinary circumstances. Withdrawal processing is suspended pending successful KYC completion. jd888 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

jd888 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT, and Bitcoin. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) at the prevailing exchange rate for cryptocurrency transactions. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

• Deposits must be made only from payment accounts that are registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jd888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, fees levied by payment providers (such as mobile wallet operators or banks) are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to the jd888 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. jd888 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• jd888 reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is determined to have been made fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• jd888 may require additional verification for large withdrawal amounts or in cases where unusual account activity is detected.
• Bonus balance may not be withdrawn directly; only Real Money Balance earned by meeting the applicable wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or reversed if jd888 determines that the underlying funds were obtained through fraudulent activity or in violation of these Terms.

jd888 offers various promotional bonuses, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• Each bonus offer will specify the applicable wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are held separately from Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is used first in gameplay unless the Player has elected otherwise in account settings where such options are available.
• Multiple simultaneous bonuses may not be combined unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit it.
• jd888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including retroactively in cases of suspected bonus abuse.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.

All games offered on jd888 are subject to the individual game rules provided by the respective game provider (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, and others). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail.

• jd888 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game. Games may be removed, modified, or replaced at any time by jd888 or the relevant game provider.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, jd888 will attempt to resolve the issue and, where possible, restore the game to its last verifiable state. jd888 reserves the right to void bets placed during a documented technical malfunction.
• jd888 is not responsible for loss of internet connectivity on the Player's side during gameplay. Partially completed rounds will be resolved according to the game provider's malfunction policy.
• All game results are final once confirmed by the game server. No claims for reversal of game outcomes based on alleged errors in player judgment will be entertained.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jd888:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to interact with any jd888 game or service.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or jd888 employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to jd888 support immediately; winnings derived from exploiting a bug are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity, or using jd888 for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in any activity that jd888 reasonably determines to be a threat to the integrity of its games or platform, including match-fixing in sports betting markets.

All content on the jd888 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and design elements — is the property of jd888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jd888 for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any jd888 content without express written consent is strictly prohibited. The jd888 name, logo, and brand marks may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written authorization.

jd888 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all verified Players through account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions are effective immediately.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period to maintain control over your play sessions.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration notifications and automatic logout after a set play period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days, maximum 12 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and deposits will not be accepted. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications that appear at configurable intervals during gameplay to display session duration and net balance change.

Players requesting self-exclusion should contact jd888 support at [email protected] or use the self-exclusion feature in account settings. jd888 will action all self-exclusion requests as quickly as technically possible and no later than 24 hours after receipt of a valid request.

jd888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its absolute discretion, including without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the Player or a mandatory exclusion order from a regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies; see Account Dormancy notice in account settings).

Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in a verified account will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to successful KYC completion. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not eligible for return upon account closure for breach of Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jd888's total liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that Player's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arose.

jd888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the jd888 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, even if jd888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jd888 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical fault. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond jd888's reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability.

jd888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy published at jd888.club/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the agreement between jd888 and each Player. By using jd888, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

jd888 may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies pursuant to a lawful order, court order, or legal obligation. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved as follows:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: The Player must first submit a written complaint to jd888 support. jd888 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — PAGCOR Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction at Step 1, the Player may escalate to PAGCOR's Player Complaint Unit in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
• Step 3 — Philippine Courts: If a dispute remains unresolved after PAGCOR's process, either party may bring proceedings before the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

jd888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to their registered email address and/or through a notification on the jd888 platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, unless immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Continued use of the jd888 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to the amended Terms must cease using jd888 and may request account closure and withdrawal of their Real Money Balance prior to the effective date of the change.
